The project involved migrating the PLC systems from Siemens S5 to Siemens S7, and the upgrade also included all ancillary services (inverters, measurement and control systems, etc.). Furthermore, all inverters were integrated into the fieldbus (Profibus).

- Conversion of the logic from Siemens Simatic-N to S7 414 PLC logic of two rail-based overhead transport systems at the Alfa Romeo assembly plants 147 and 156.

- Retrofit of the control and supervision system of the 3rd line of spray booths (booth + oven) Painting.
- HW/SW design of the process remote control system (Electroplating, Cabin Ovens, Keller) with centralized diagnostics, controls and start/stop planning of the system itself.
- Design and implementation of data network conversion from Ethernet H1 to TCP/IP Ethernet.
- Retrofit of the prep blower for dust cleaning in the spray booth with design and implementation of the new system for controlling and physically moving the equipment to a new location from the Painting Department.
- Technological upgrade of conveyor systems (Booths Strip Out). The project consisted of migrating PLC systems from Siemens S5 to Siemens S7-1500 series.
